Florence Olajide is an independent education consultant and an accredited School Improvement Partner with the London Boroughs of Greenwich and Towel Hamlets. Florence was formerly one of Her majesty’s Inspector of Schools and is now an Additional Inspector for the Office for Standards in Education, Children’s Services and Skills (Ofsted). Florence has a vast experience of inspection in the UK and overseas, covering a range of educational settings, including the independent sector and teacher education.

Florence also has extensive experience of school leadership and management having been a successful primary school headteacher. Particular areas of expertise include leadership and management, school improvement, data analysis and management, teaching and learning, and educating bi-cultural pupils.

International work in 2007 and 2008 included leading annual Quality Reviews of New York City Schools. Florence was also part of a team of experts who conducted the 2007 review of the Bermudian education system.
